What is Tax Help?

Tax Help is networks of volunteers who help people complete their tax returns during tax time.
This a free and confidential service.  Volunteers are fully trained, accrediated and supported by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
These volunteers are people from within the community who give up their time each year. They are not ATO staff, but they do receive trainning and support from us.
Tax Help is suitable for people with basic returns who earn around $50,000 a year or less.
Volunteers operate from 1 July until 31 October in all capital cities and many regional areas.
If you want free help filling out your tax return and you are on a low income, our trained Tax Help Volunteers may be able to help.
